I’m Irven, a professional photographer and filmmaker with more than ten years of experience capturing people, culture, and the energy of city life. Originally from London and now based in Japan, I’ve spent years exploring the streets of Osaka and Kyoto, learning how to tell powerful stories through the camera.

Street photography is all about observation—seeing the rhythm of everyday life and capturing moments that might otherwise pass unnoticed. My goal during this tour is not just to guide you to the best spots, but to help you develop your own eye, build confidence with your camera, and leave with images that feel authentic and alive.

I’ve been published in magazines and worked across dance, portrait, and street photography, but teaching and sharing the craft with others is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. Whether you’re just starting out or already comfortable with a camera, I’ll help you refine your technique and approach so you can see the city in a new way.
